Dear Beloved in Christ,

Sometimes getting lost in the noise is the very grace that saves us. It awakens a hunger for silence, a Holy quiet where God can finally be heard. Even betrayal, even disappointment, even what wounded us deeply, God is able to turn for our good.

Ask yourself this one question: If things had not gone the way they did, would you truly be where you are today?

We often give the devil far too much credit. There are moments when it is God Himself who leads us to the edge of the cliff, not to destroy us, but to bring us to a decision. The pleasures of this world, with their hidden cost? Or Him.

God desires more than words from us. He longs for a deep, inner communion, a knowing. A settled assurance of Whom we belong to, even when language fails.

When we are hurt or disappointed, we may drift like a lost sheep, confused and weary. Yet not for a moment does our Good Shepherd take His eyes off us. Not once. He sees all. He knows all. And still, He remains with us in the chaos and the confusion, with us in the pain and the waiting.

Like the Hound of Heaven, He pursues, not to condemn, but to gather, to restore, to bring us home. And when you are finally home, you are not the same.

Being lost is not always a bad thing. Sometimes it reminds us where home truly is. It reveals what we really love. It clarifies what we are willing to choose.

In the end, being lost has a purpose: it leads us back, changed, refined, and wholly surrendered to the heart of God.
